Having become interested in video editing for absolutely no reason at all, and wasting a small portion of my life watching countless videos on it, I decided to make a pointlessly cinematic book trailer for Forge of the Assassin in 2023. Instead of writing.
Statistically, book trailers do very little to attract readers, but it’s still fun to cobble something together from mostly free stock footage, watch YouTube lower the quality and mess with the sound somehow, and throw an ‘Official Trailer’ thumbnail on it, like every film trailer we see.
